Avocado, nuts, wheatgerm or flaxseed to get some decent fats that can be added easily to other foods or eaten on the run.

Thank you so much well I’m currently at 10st and struggle to put on weight and work out 4 times a week

I think a lot of it depends on your build etc if you’re the type of person who seems to struggle to put on weight then you can get away with more than someone who puffs out quickly. Might be inclined to look at some natural peanut butter in place of the ice cream. Bread, cheese, eggs, lots of milk are pretty old school ways of adding calories and easy to eliminate too when you come to the end of your bulk. Keep an eye on the mirror as you go if you’re getting too puffy pull it back a bit or vice versa if you’re not gaining. Good luck with it mate

Everything said above and if you are struggling to get calories in you could always replace some of the chicken with some less lean more fatty meats like steak, beef mince and venison etc. Also on a bulk almond milk isn`t all that important, unless that`s what you like. The low fat Greek yogurt could be replaced by full fat stuff. This is only if you are struggling to get calories as there is nothing wrong with what you have currently but I know that the problem I have is reaching my desired calories as I have a small appetite.

 haha yeah so looking forward to it I really want to put on muscle and see results do you know roughly how long it will take to bulk with a consistent diet and working out 4 days a week
