So my whole house was hit with the flu. No appetite no ability to taste and I went from 223 Monday to 216 today now I know some of that is going to bounce back quick but is there a way that I can keep some of that weight loss? Eating specific foods? It’s going to be at least until the weekend before I can work out again my body hurts the flu is no joke this year
t was probably mostly glycogen and water weight, so no tangible fat loss most likely.
If you keep your healthy diet and fitness regiment going after, you’ll certainly continue to lose weight!
Just don’t let the scale be the qualifier of your success
