I just had a tooth pulled out on Thursday. Unfortunately it got infected and made it hard to eat. Feeling little bit better. On meds. I am on liquid and soft food diet until i get dentures.

If you keep your healthy diet and fitness regiment going after, you’ll certainly continue to lose weight!

Just don’t let the scale be the qualifier of your success
