So question, my daughter told me to watch my macros, this is do hard, does anyone do the macros? and were you able to lose weight, I am going to the gym, she is teaching me how to use the weights there, but I have some medical problems, I have RA and it affects my hands on how I do some of the weights, I do have it in my feet too, but I am going to lose weight, but I have to be honest this is so hard, if any one out there that has any other ideas that can help I am all ears.
I log everything I eat in my fitness pal! You can scan whatever you are eating or even say the name of a restaurant and what you got there and pretty much any food you can dream of. It breaks down your calories, and breaks it up into macros in a super easy pie chart (macros, fat, carbs). Once you see how you are eating you will start to figure out how to log it and how good/bad it is for you. It’s soooo easy to use! Maybe you will hate it but for me just starting out it’s been really helpful! Good luck!
