Plan your meals, eat regularly, eat enough for your body to function, go for a walk when temptation strikes, don’t have high-risk food around… works for me

Meal planning, eating regularly and not skipping meals and being aware of the emotional state Im in when I’m wanting to Binge and then having a pre-made list of non food related coping mechanisms to get that emotional need met.

Keep a journal and write everything down Give yourself 5-10 minutes of breathing time and thinking about if you really really want something. Other than that I do t know. I struggle as well. Drink tons of water
