Someone please enlighten me on this…I once asked what is to eat healthy but I never got a response so I need clarification on this…
Isn’t all edible foods good for ones healthy?If so then why do most people in this page discourage starch?
If one needs to lose weight shouldn’t they be advised on controlling their portion sizes instead of being told to cut off food that can actually be good for their health?
Why is sugar labelled bad? I mean white sugar and sugar contained by fruits is not taken differently by the body as it recognises Sugar period even though one is lactose and the other is fructose.Instead of people being advised to consume it moderately they are told to cut it off kanti where will the energy come from? Like I seriously don’t get why people are against certain foods cause to me this is simple…Any food consumed more than it should be will have negative effects so therefore foods should be consumed moderately… also if one wants to lose weight(over excess of fats) one should decrease their portion sizes cause it don’t matter whether you exercise 10 times a day and you eat only fruits and vegetables if you consume more calories than you supposed to consume a day you will gain weight..well that’s my take…what’s yours?
According to me cutting out some stuff helps the body use the already stored fat
Then start to eat anything in controlled potions after the excess in your body has already been used up
If we don’t start to starve our bodies of some things the body won’t use up what it has stored
It keeps using the new stuff that you give it
For energy according to my lifestyle I need energy for the day so I eat my small carb in the morning and thru the day I just eat enuf to keep me going and as the day folds I avoid starch and oils
