Squats are very hard, I can’t do it. Can’t even lift my leg after doing it.Please advise
i think u overdid it.u were suppose to take it very slow especially if its the 1st time or after a long time.very light weights or just with the bar just for ur body to get use to it
add light weights.the damage is already done now n u must continue so do it with very light weights and leg exercises and be careful not to pull or tear any muscle

you cant be doing 60 preps at once after a long time of not going to the gym, go easy on yourself. Whats the rush? I use patches to easy the pain and it helps coz your muscles are now streching again.
