Started doing yoga twice a week this week

Started doing yoga twice a week this week, I’m 60 years old and have lost 65 pounds to date. I am hoping it helps with the sagging skin. I know at my age it will be slower, but would love to hear others input on this, (yogas impact on saggy skin). Still have 40 pounds to lose.

I love yoga. I have been doing it for awhile. I don’t have much saggy skin. Only where my stretch marks are. But so far for me it’s been great.

Along with yoga, I recommend dry brushing, a moisturizer with ceramides, fasting, and collagen supplements.
