Just enjoy the pain, that way it will encourage u to do more when your muscles are used to the routine

You should rest every other day. You need to allow time for growth. Think how muscle building. You break down the muscle, which is why it’s sore and hurts, you then eat protein (the building blocks of muscle for repair) and rest. Without rest you are not allowing growth. You will see much better results with a rest period.
