Begin now. Drink water, maybe start cutting out sugar and then move on to carbs or vice versa… Just become more conscious of what you’re eating & make better food choices. Slowly but surely you’ll get there just don’t give up! Good luck!!

5-6 healthy meals
Prep
No eating out
Water
Cut juice, soda, alcohol
Complex carbs only
Well portioned meals.

That’s what I did. I also incorporated meal replacements. Cuz I ain’t got time to prep 6 meals everyday 7 days a week. I’d lose my mind

Eat clean and Whole Foods . Drink plenty of water and exercise and also get enough sleep. There’s no magic to weight loss but hard work, proper nutrition and consistency . I’m over people trying to scam people with different supplements , teas etc. long term weight loss has no short cuts
