I find if I get a craving I over indulged on a keto food or had a food that triggered a craving. I have paid attention and limited those foods and its helping. Going too long (5.5 hours is max between lunch which I keep small and dinner will give me cravings. I don’t always feel hungry but will get cranky and then a craving follows. So I watch this and it helps. Hormones can play a factor for me and I have no tips for that other than the longer I stay true to the lifestyle the easier it is. I have seen an avocado drink on here I can’t wait to try when I crave sweet again -I just need coconut milk.
