Struggling with energy this morning so…. high dose of caffeine with a 20oz cup of coffee with three Stok shots, (no sugar) and monster also no sugar. Trying to maintain Keto is tough but it’s all good. Anyone else struggling with energy and try to get away with not taking a preworkout?
And when your heart explodes or you have a heart attack you might realize then this is a stupid idea. Take it from a 36 year old who had a heart attack at 32 and Red Bull and spark was a huge contributing factor. You don’t need pre workout or a hundred cups of coffees to complete a workout. Just sayin
