Hey guys I am having lot of appetite craving sugar and just want to eat.what can I drink to reduce appetite
All i can say is if u gone eat sweets make sure its sugar free.org just eat fruits that has sugar eg watermelon, grapes, apples berries.
Eat that sugar n satisfy ur craving otherwise u gonna fall off da wagon soon..yesterday i ate kota i wasnt gonna turn okay if i ddnt satify dt craving
Have foods with good fat (avo, coconut oil n olive oil) your.cravings will vanish
