Suggestions for compliant hot dog buns? I don’t eat them often, but I just made some plant-based “bratwurst” and would like to do a couple of them up in buns.

I was thinking about that — I make oil-free wraps sometimes. But I’m really jonesing for a good bun and it’s nearly impossible to find one that’s not salty as all get-out.

I usually take a slice of Ezekiel or Dave’s Killer bread and just bend it in half around the “dog”.

King Arthur Flour has excellent no kneed recipes. If you allow the sponge to sit at least 24 hours, it develops the flavor. Yum

Ezekiel comes in buns. But I only find them at the health food stores.

I do this occasionally. I don’t really eat much bread unless I go on an avocado toast kick.
