Suggestions for supplementation for joint pain?
Yep turmeric is fantastic. Fish oil is supposed to be really good too and also msm supplement.
For joint pain, a glucosamine/condroitin supplement with or without MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) might help. Using a high strength (2000mg) fish oil or turmeric may assist with the inflammation associated.
I do 2 shots of Olive oil a day. Makes a huge difference. Also cold showers.
Fish oil and marine collagen peptides have helped me greatly!
Collagen protein is supposed to be good for joints.
