Creatine is one of the best to take and bcaa are a waste of money if you’re getting enough protein through diet

Creatine transports water to muscles and provides and extra umph in your workouts. With creatine youll notice you’ll be lifting heavier and putting in an extra set and your muscle volume increases. BCAAs are for recovery. It prevents the soreness. I take creatine, BCAAs and an extra L glutamine.

Bcaa are a waste of your money. Creating is great to take and widely researched but too many people expect too much from it.
