Thank you for adding me. I have hypothyroidism, the doc told me that because they can’t get my meds levels right that I can’t lose weight no matter what I do. I asked to see a nutritionist but she said it won’t help. So I’m being more active and I hope to learn a lot about nutrition in this group. I will lose weight and be healthy. I’m motivated.

Welcome!! This is one of many good resources for eating LCHF. Keep this one thing in mind, eat foods without and ingredient label, eliminate all processed foods like bread, cereal, cookies, etc…, reduce or eliminate all processed carbs such as paste, rice, grains, etc…, eliminate starch like potatoes, peas, peanuts, reduce fruits (they contain sugar which is a carb) but berries are good, increase dark leafy green veggies, increase clean fats such as butter, meat fat, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, and eat fatty meats, and poultry, and fish. But the elimination of processed foods and starches, and the increase in fats will do wonders!

Sounds you might have a unique thyroid issue but green leafy vegetables are a very good thing.
