The “no popcorn” is really difficult for me. This for years has been my “go to / healthy” snack. Last night I binged and ate a bag of popcorn and the day before I had some at the movies. How have the rest of you been able to say no to this snack?
I always snacked on popcorn too. Been on Keto for a week and am still getting used to overcoming evening cravings. Although I didn’t really want to, I ate a pickle and a couple olives. Surprisingly it did stop the cravings. And I’ve lost 8 lbs in less than a week. Pretty amazed.
I love love popcorn and used to have it on movie night with my hubby. Miss it a lot. I snack on nuts or olives and such if I feel I need something, but since this WOE is also about fasting, my last meal is anywhere between 5-6pm so I just know not to eat after this time even though I really want popcorn on movie night. We go to the movies about twice/yr so I might get a small bag then. It depends where I am at. Not encouraging this for anyone, just right now it sounds like something I might do.
