Can anyone speak to the potential harm or disruption to the body when you consume sugar and processed carbs after eating strictly LCHF? For example, I will go 6 mos and then something causes me to breakdown and for 3 weeks I will indulge in ice cream, cinnamon rolls, pizza, bread….What does this do to the body?

You are supposed to wait for the blades to stop, then switch to the opposite flow, else damage could occur to the motor.
