“I’m trying new splits lately :
Monday : legs/biceps
Tuesday : chest/shoulders/triceps
Wednesday : back/biceps
Thursday : legs/triceps
Friday : chest/back/heavy abs

I’ve read that it’s a good idea to add biceps/triceps to leg days because that’s when your growth hormones are at their peak so I’m trying that. We’ll see how it goes in the following weeks.”

Yeah sounds like a good shout! Weirdly I’ve added some shoulders to my leg days because I prefer to train them as often as possible as they’re a major weak spot
Outside of that I normally just train in an upper/lower split

Full body. Just works for me. I tried the body part a day thing but wasn’t a fan.

So how do you break up your workouts? 1 exercise per bodypart per day?
