Your exercising too much. I think of your goal is 1300 you should exercise maybe 400 of those calories. You won’t lose weight by eating the same number of calories that your burning

I have had the same thing too but I still lost 5.5 lbs from last week’s weigh in

I had the same issue with lower appetite and last week I asked Mika and she recommended to use any leftovers in a 6th meal

For the water recipe I started using real ginger (hope is ok) instead of minced… Flavor is great and I don’t get the powder in my water (which I don’t like) …

would try to eat all meals…even if you have to use some leftovers as a 6th meal. Remember to eat often, that will help

You might be able to keep this up for a few weeks but soon your body will be needing energy and then you’ll be on the couch cause of how tired you are.
