Thinking about joining Planet Fitness any recommendations on it I heard some things online that they are terrible they don’t have a lot of free weights and things of that nature they just have cardio
I’ve read a ton of bad reviews too on them…but as long as you go in with a definite routine picked out, and your dietary/nutritional intake is right, it shouldn’t be much of a problem
A couple of friends have memberships at our local pf, so, I’ve been a few times. You can get a great workout there. No squat rack, though.
Not the best, not the worst. If you know what you’re doing, you can get a decent workout in.
At least at mine. It sounds like some of your PFs are terrible.
