The “everything in moderation” mantra, and how we need to eat less meat, less fat, and more whole grains, is a pervasive theme drilled into young dietitians, and spread to the public through our dietary guidelines. This information is making people sick.”

I’ve seen diabetics suffer horribly due to carb filled “advice”, it’s sickening that it conitnues despite the death toll.

With my coaching, my landlord was able to bring his glucose from 400 to 110 . His medical team does.not want him to go below 110 out of fear of hypoglycemia . He can’t believe that I can function at 80 or less.
