This is my second week following this program and I LOVE IT! I’m having a problem following the meal plan which says basically to eat spinach at every meal and everything else like beans/flax seeds/ rice. I’m getting SO SICK of it. Are any of you doing this? Are there better replacements?

I strongly recommend downloading My Fitness Pal! You can enter in what you want to eat and see how it aligns with your recommended macros. There are lots of veggie substitutes for all areas of your meal plan.

I make leek and potato soup and when I turn the heat off I throw a bag of spinach in and put the lid on, I leave it for a couple of minutes and blend. Can’t even taste it.

I’ve been on the plan for 7 months. I haven’t gotten tired of the meals yet, but I do switch up the seasonings.
