This week i was very strict about my diet, my water and my exercise. I feel better, i can tell i am toning up, coworkers are making comments, but i am frustrated. I have no weight loss, no inch loss. I am exactly the same. I did not gain, i did not loose.

This week i was very strict about my diet, my water and my exercise. I feel better, i can tell i am toning up, coworkers are making comments, but i am frustrated. I have no weight loss, no inch loss. I am exactly the same. I did not gain, i did not loose… this is what always happens to me! I have made sure to kick higher, swing wider, have bigger body movements. This is where i hear my mother saying ” everybody is different, what works for one may not work for the other”. I see these extreme losses and i cant figure out whats keeping me from even 1 inch. Its taking everything i have not to give up! Havent lost any inces in 2 weeks! I did lose 3 pounds last week. But now… nothing. My body is on strike

I wouldn’t worry about the weight so much! Muscle weighs more than fat! If people are noticing a difference and you are then keep your head up! You’re rocking this girl!

I’m hoping !! I weighed my self of course the same , I’m not measuring or weighing again till end of the month , just makes a person want to go pig out !!
Still waiting for the dvds in hope to Chang up the workouts give the body a shake ,

I’m in the same boat. No inches lost and no pounds lost. I understand completely … I’m going to stick with it regardless and hope one day it all kicks in and drops off . Hope you stick with it too.
