Hey guys…I wanna exercise starting from next week and apart from a good health(which is main reason I’m doing this) i also wanna loose some fats on my butt…for a guy i kinda have booty so would like to reduce my behinds…any exercises and nutrition on how to do that?

You gonna have to do alot of intense cardio while at it avoid fatty foods and sugary food … then after that you can start lifting weigthts boma sqauts n lunges n leg press
