Half your body weight is sufficient. Give up sugary drinks. Even those juices and Gatorades are loaded with sugar.

If all you’re drinking is water, you should be able to. You’re body will let you know. I HATED water at first but now, I crave it.

Okay great! I’ve been drinking only water for about 3 weeks.6 bottles is enough but sometimes i push for 8 but it’s not easy lol

praise the lord. I feel like a gallon is too much. I’m started drinking 6 originally. I have lost weight, but I’m gonna stick to 6. I be forcing myself to drink more bottles to get to a gallon before the day is out. I can handle 6 very well

Everyone shoots for a gallon when it’s really only required to drink half of your body weight in ozs of water…
