Sitting in my van in the parking lot of the gym. I don’t want to go inside today. After my illnesses & sinus surgery I’m having trouble finding my motivation. Today is leg day. Usually my favourite day of the week. I still need to lose a substantial amount of weight but I just can’t find my way lately. Take out & not working out has caused me to balloon to 200lbs. I think I’ll go in & see what happens.

I know exactly how you feel. Got back at it this morning. Best thing is ‘Just do it’. People in here told me, “What is your why?” “How bad do you want it?” I feel so much better this morning. Got up early… that was no easy task and got it in! Now I can enjoy my day!! Hope you get in there!!

I try not to even think about it. I just look at it like I have to go. I don’t hesitate when I pull up I just get out walk in and get after it you can do it!!

Your there, that’s a start. I know how you feel… I haven’t been in ages myself. We need to push ourselves and think of the results. Hang in there.
