Today was my first time working out , I walked/ran 4 laps and I did 25 squats . I can already feel my legs starting to hurt so I know they’ll be sore tomorrow and I’m probably not going to feel like doing anything . Any suggestions ?

Make sure you stretch after you workout as well! It helps break down the lactic acid that has built up that increases soreness

 Invest in Episom Salt!! Your going to take a lot of baths, Drink lots of water and stretch!!! Welcome to your muscles will hurt but that progress group!!! Good luck!
