Tomorrow I start my weight lose journey with T25! I am currently weighing in at 142 pounds at 5’3. I’m not overweight but I am unhappy with my appearance as I am wanting to lose about 15 pounds and tone up a bit. I have a question though. I’ve never been really good at following meal plans, although I honestly don’t eat a lot. I probably eat maybe once or twice a day and it’s a normal meal, never fast food. I do drink soda which I plan on stopping that tomorrow for the program. Well my concern is, if I stick with my current diet with no soda and the daily T25 should I still see results? I am a waitress so I spend my days on my feet always moving.
I don’t know what others do, but I use my fitness pal to keep track of how many calories I’m having. In the past I’ve lost 28lbs in about 4 months with t25 and my fitness pal. I think cutting out soda will make a big difference. I used to drink coke regularly and my weight spiralled. Back on it again now after a rather greedy Christmas and New Year lol good luck with your weight loss journey.
You definitely will see results if you follow a healthy meal plan like the T25 meal plan. But you do have to eat the food that’s it tells you to eat so you can have energy for those workouts. I would say focus on HEALTH and how you feel vs appearance taking measurements and tracking your progress every 3 weeks or a month. Is this your first time going on a health and fitness journey?
Hi, I lost 20 lbs within a month and half doing t25 Alpha and beta. After the first month, I was doing two a day and the changes really started then! However, I was also on a no carb, no sugar, and no alcohol diet. (With the occasional cheat days haha). I was waitressing at the time as well, and with the exercise in the morning and working at night I burned more calories. I ate a lot of protein haha.
