Nothing wrong with carbs, my friend. Calories in, calories out is all there is to weight loss. Carbs do hold water, though, which is why a great deal of people think they make them fat, which they don’t. Have your chocolate every now and then – if you’re eating well and training hard, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t indulge every now and then.
Eat dark chocolate and limit your portion. Honestly, I don’t believe in eliminating any food completely. It only makes you crave it more. I still lose weight without dieting. Limiting portions also cut calories. Couple that with exercise and you’re good. That’s my philosophy and it works for me.
There’s nothing wrong with carbohydrates, after all, glucose is the bodies primary fuel source, which will then be stored as Glycogen for activities throughout the day it won’t be storing as body fat unless you’re having unhealthy foods alongside them
