Trying intermittent fasting and having terrible results any suggestions…I workout 3-5x per day is this strategy just not for me? Or is there still solutions.
Why do you workout 3-5 times per day? Put in a solid hour and a half of work at the beginning or end of your fast
Intermittent fasting can be something that is hard for your body to get used to sometimes it can take up to a couple of weeks for your body to adapt to the eating habits.
It’s pointless. Just burn more calories than you eat
Are you drinking coffee in the morning? Getting enough sleep? I’m under 60 carbs a day and doing 16/8 still enough energy to work out at the end of the day but my work outs aren’t as demanding I’m sure
