trying to lose weight

I have been trying to lose weight for the past 3 months through exercising but it was all in vain, what can I really do because I don’t like my body size?

It’s not about work out that trims your body. it should be a combination of it and food. what type of for u eat and how much of it. Sometimes u hv to make Secrifises, cutting out some foods completely.. Try cut statch and fat on yo food. Avoid temptations. I stand to be corrected though.

Stay away from junk and alcohol,draw up ur jogging schedule and stick to it,surely u will see changes.

Keep on excising, eat fruits and less oily food and one day you,ll get the results for your effort.
