|Valentine Assorted Protein Chocolates. .Healthy Valentine candy|
For Chocolate candies:
2 scoops @cmsupplements protein powder
1 cup any Nut Butter (I used almond butter)
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
1/8 cup chopped nuts OR shredded coconut.
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (optional).
For Vanilla candies:
2 scoops @cmsupplements Protein Powder
1 cup coconut butter (find at Whole Foods near coconut oil, Home Goods or on Amazon)
3 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened finely shredded dry coconut OR chopped nuts.
Add everything to a small saucepan over medium heat and mix until combined.
Pour into favorite silicon or candy molds.
Freeze about 1 hour or until hardened.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator (allow vanilla candies to sit at room temperature for 5 min to slightly soften).
