Very frustrated. Been eating better and moving a lot more than I used to. I'm down 12lbs, but I still lack energy. Been 2 weeks and I feel like I could just sleep the day away.

Give it time, your body is adjusting! Take in lots of fruits and veggies, pair those with a little protein and fat. Really hammer the water too!

Your body is certainly catching up on the new habits! The old ones became so routine that it’s all it knew for a long time!

You didn’t make those habits overnight, so you won’t break them overnight either!

Keep on with the whole foods and healthy choices and you’re gonna be golden!

‘ve been doing it for 5 weeks and i have days like that but I push myself to stay active hoping it will change soon
