Just a quick question, please chime in if you are so inclined.
My husband is transitioning, 2nd week Plant Based. I’m wondering if he should take a separate vitamin B12. He currently
takes a B100 Complex. It contains 100 mcg, where mine is 1200. Does anyone know what the daily requirement is? Thank you.

B complex is bad news for people with MTHFR mutation. I don’t take any supplements except for B12 active, created for the
mutation, which is about 45% of Americans.
