Wanna loose 10 kg in a month what should i do
I personally don’t think it’s healthy to lose that much in a month but just eat well and exercise. I’m loosing about 1.5kg a week.. please don’t set unrealistic goals for yourself!!!
I’ve lost 10bls in 7days so happy Walked 10000 plus steps a day loads and loads off water and only 800 calories a day no eating after 7pm my job is very active thou last Monday I weighted 13st yesturday I’m 12st4 bls
first of all, lets figure out your body’s statistics and how much you need to eat to lose weight. nutrition is 80% and 20% how you exercise. what are you at, where do you want to be?
Keto diet and intermittent fasting combination
Cut a leg off ? i think 10kgs in 1month is very unreasonable, dangerous and unhealthy
