Was super motivated a few weeks ago when I joined but couldn't make it past day 3 before losing my motivation. I restarted it this week & today I got through half of the dance max drills. How does everyone keep motivated at the start?

I try to take all the encouraging words of this great group to heart. I go at my own level/pace, and recognize that not giving up is a growth step in itself for me. Don’t be hard on yourself; just try to find the fun and excitement of it for yourself

I just keep at it and don’t punish myself if I am not perfect. I have days where I don’t dance, but I figure each day I am closer than I was before. I have lost 3 inches off my waist and almost 7 pounds. Best of all, all my pants fit me now. It’s so great. Just keep going!

I started seeing results very early with this program which I have never experienced before so it was motivation enough for me and I could see me going towards the goal
