So please be kind: Have a couple of questions for the women in this group: How are you getting so lean and trim? I eat only protein, fat and vegetables (no fruit, sugar, gluten, dairy, lean meat or processed foods). My workouts consists of full-body strength training three times a week. I don’t do cardio. My questions are: I lost 35lbs and now have a new problems, sagging skin in my stomach and still have cellulite on my backside (butt and hams). Did/does anyone else have these issues and if yes, what did/are you do/doing to get rid of them?
I had all that while fighting (still am) menopause….
