We are starting this journey today and I have a 310 shake for breakfast, which I just started drinking and I am NOT a huge fan of it, which really sucks. Idk what it is – it has a grindy texture which I don’t really like and it doesn’t taste like a vanilla milkshake, which I’ve heard a lot of people think it does. We promised that we wouldn’t cheat and we’re in this until we get to our goal weight, but how can I make it tastier? I just have a scoop of the vanilla with almond milk.
There is no sugar in the 310 shakes. Very low in calories. You have to add things to it to be a meal replacement. I add fruit, extracts, sometimes coffee. I add lots of ice and frozen fruit. Sometimes I add Greek yogurt or sugar free pudding powder. It helps with the taste.
