 I changed up my diet and increased my cardio that’s what I did when I got down to 250 me at 350 and 250

It starts with your diet….3 meals a day BLD no snacks…then allow yourself a cheat day but dont over eat…eat every 4 hours…if you arent hungry when u wake up in the mornings wait 4 hours until your first meal.

Cut down on heavy lifting when you are trying to trim down..my dr. Gave me that tip…instead do body weight excecises and Hiit training..3 to 4 days a week…cut the sugar way down…cut the coffee to one a day…only drink soda when you just really need one..

Yeah bro, you will take a lot of strain off your heart, increase your energy and add years to your life..im down from 280 to 263 and i feel a whole lot better..trying to get down to 235
