Guys is it normal to gain weight if u gymer everyday ?
I don’t think it’s good to take Calcium supps. I’m pretty I have read it can cause stroke and or heart attack mostly in women. Better to get it through food.

too much fruit is not good coz most fruits have sugar ..and mna I eat three times a day and drink lots of water in between while gym
Some ppl will gain for 3-4 weeks before starting to see results don’t give up
