Help guys I’ve been doing few exercises gone those days until today weightlifting is ones of those exercises. My only worry is that after lifting my muscle began to shake is this normal coz I’ve been taking it for granted …????

It depends on how u did it–do adequate warm up bfre lifting!,maybe u strained ur muscles–I wuld advice u to see medical doctor

Start with light weights dont rush to be fit slowly & surely

Chives, garlic….i cut them into wedges and season them with whole wheat flour, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and them bake them on parchment paper. Eat them with ketchup or I dash some cholula on them
