Add Psyllium fiber to your diet. If you can get it, mix 2 o3 tablespoons in a 16 oz. glass or say a i liter bottle. This will curb your hunger. Do this 3 times a day.

Add whey protein to water or milk say a liter or more. In the USA you can find it easily but I don’t know what option you have. The protein will burn fat but you must exercise or it will not work as well.

I used to have the same problem! The more I worked out the more hungry I’d get. A friend of mine put me on a nutritional program where all I do is practically eat.
