HI, I NEED HELP, I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND I HAVE JUST STARTED JOGGING AND WORKOUTS. THE THING IS I CANT STOP EATING AND WHEN I COME BACK FROM JOGGING I STARVE MORE, WHAT CAN I DO TO CONTROL MY APPETITE OR STOP LONGING FOR FOOD THIS MUCH.

keep lots of apples nd carrots in ur bag nd everywhere u touch. get rid of all sweet stuff and breads out of ur fridge. Devil is a liar.

When u jog u get hydrared prepare warm water n drink when u feel hydrated it also helps in keeping hunger away

what u going thru is just withdrawal syndrom, it will go away as u carry on. but dont eat sweets, just one eclaire
