Yes! Swimming is a very good exercise and Gape you dont strain yourself so do it regularly

Eat less and balance your meal with veggies and dont eat too much meat,drink plenty of water and try to walk for a hour mybe once or twice a week since you found it challenging to exercise and stay away from suger especial fizzy drinks and use less salt.

Try to eat healthy and reduce sugar and salt, drink lots of water, drink bicarb and acv mixture before you eat

You can do some brisk walking instead of the hard core exercises.you should also drink more water eat more fruits and vegetables and cut back on the amount of starch and meats especially red meat. In fact you should cut out red meat alltogether
