Help me out, have been eating a lot of veggies n fruits,have cut out starch n meat..sometimes i eat chicken may be once or twice a week..its been 3 weeks but m not loosing weight, what can i eat to loose weight?

U ddnt gain that weight in 3 weeks so u not gonna loose it in 3 weeks..i once followed a good eating plan n exercised i lost nothing until the 7th week wich i found out i lost 2kg only

You have to eat balanced meals and stay active, not everybody loses weight by only cutting food. Your body type probably needs exercise on top of healthy eating.

u will not lose weight if you cut of the proteins!!!…pay attention to how you prepare you meals ….continuous intake of fruits is sometimes not a good because there’s suger hidden in every fruit you ingest …balance your meal.
