Guys I always read ur comments about exercising nd eating health and I want to lose weight but my problem z dat m too lazy hlee,m 25 yrs but I luk like m 35 or like m magogo so…I don’t know how to start or where to start m wearing size 40 and I real hate my body now..

Use your hate for your body as motivation. Jus start eating healthy and drinking water. The moment u see lil result it will excite you n push u to exercise
