I have been trying to lose weight for the past 3 months through exercising but it was all in vain ,what can I really do because I don’t like my body size

its not about work out that trims your body. it should be a combination of it and food. what typ of for u eat and how much of it. sometimes u hv to make Secrifises, cutting out some foods completely.. try cut statch and fat on yo food. avoid temptations. i stand to be corrected though

Mind what you eat and drink. If u are that kind that eats mafeti and kota, stop it. Drink more water , eats more fruits and vegetables.
