Well i got sick for the first time today. Lunch tried eat a chicken finger. That was about 130 then at 330 I threw up. I've had belching and soreness ever since. Are these feelings normal when you have this? How long does it last?

Very normal. U could of ate to fast or it just didn’t agree with u. It can last hours and hours.

I found I could not tolerate chicken as well. It was very painful.

My first rendezvous with chicken did not end well… nor the second or third. Now, at 7 months, I do shredded chicken that has cooked in the crock pot all day… and small portions. Was worried I would never be able to eat it again, and it is such a high source of protein! Just give it some time. Still can’t tolerate pineapple well though.

I was told I could eat chicken again but I am not in a big hurry to try it. In the meantime, my surgeon recommended probiotics and another supplement which would enable me to tolerate more foods.
