Well I lost the weight but still not happy. I was 195 & now 174 but I lost weight in the wrong places. Now I'm trying to gain weight just to start all over. This time im going to force on my problem areas my abs & butt. Sounds dumb I know

Exactly! I figured you werent lifting. I can always tell when people use ONLY cardio for their fitness choice. START LIFTING. As heavy as you can. One other thing. Dont worry about what the scale says. The scale may not ever even move but you will begin to get smaller and firmer and you will LOVE how you look. Focus on getting STRONG and watch what happens Andrea

You look good. Don’t gain the fat. Lift heavy and tone/bulk with muscle.
